Awesome Assam was an initiative by Assam Tourism that explored the state’s colonial history through its culinary and cultural heritage. Led by Chef Sarah Todd, the television series travelled through Assam, bringing together food, history, cultural encounters and the stories that shape the region’s identity.

Produced by Halcyon Media and televised on National Geographic India and Fox Travel, the series offered viewers an immersive perspective on Assam’s past and present. I was commissioned by Halcyon Media as the production photographer, documenting the people, places and experiences that shaped the production.
